Lovesac - False Advertising, unadvertised Restocking fees, LOOK ELSEWHERE!
LoveSac openly advertised that all of their "Sacs" are one sale up to 40% off. Great deal, right?
Wrong! The sac I was interested in was the KhakiSac PillowSac. I had owned one previously and given it to a relative. Well they say "a khakisac is not a sac at all, but an insert and thus is not on sale." I already owned a cover and now they want me to pay the same price for a new sac and cover for the same price as just the sac itself.
Alone the cover cost $150 and they want me to pay a 25% restocking fee if returned. After I informed them of their false advertising, Matt Cano says "thank's, I'll inform marketing." Their products are quite pricy as is and to offer no remedy is quite bogus to me. If this is how you serve customers, I really have no interest in being one. So for a brand I once loved I'm saying so long.
I hope others will follow. We should not support a company without integrity.

Agree wholeheartedly. I will not support Love Sac.
You would think with their profit margin on their overpriced foam bags, that they would be nicer to their customers. I will not purchase one ever again, and have advised my friends to look at other options instead for furniture.
