Lovesac - Sactional

I love the comfort of my Sactional. I have had it since 10/2013. A few of the covers the stitching was coming apart when I received it. I never complained so I can’t say how customer service is. I should have filed a complaint but i don’t sit on the couch that often. The stitching has gotten worse with time. I wish I would of contacted lovesac about the stitching after reading others had the same problems. I just don’t like to complain.

Lovesac - Very disappointed

I have 2 of them. They are very heavy and hard to move. It takes 2 people to get the covers off to wash. Just as bad trying to get them back on. I paid a lot of money for them. The product is not as advertised. It's hard to get in and out of them as well. They are very cumbersome. Do not recommend.

Lovesac - This company is a terrible disappointment. My order arrived incorrectly and I can’t even reach anyone at the Boca Raton store. They only have voice mail and after 3 days of messages no one has calle

Our order was delivered and we are missing furniture. No one answers at your Boca store and they don’t answer their voice mail messages.

I received my Lovesac the standard side was defective. The bottoms where the foot peg needs to be screwed in is not threaded. I called your customer service after a long wait I was told to fill up an on line claim. I asked for a part to be shipped to me... This is not a cheap piece of furniture. I work hard to pay for it. It is a waste of my time Effort and my savings. You definitely need to fix this.

The 5 Series wasn't discontinued. I felt the same way, until I found out. I just added on last month. You can still by it by calling their Customer Service! Good luck!
