Ordered on 11/27 a Lovesac bean bag chair for my grandaughter for a Christmas present. On 12/17 had not received.

Daughter in law called to confirm it would be delivered in time for Christmas - was told they had two different names on the billing and shipping and cancelled the order - said they reached out to me - I never heard from them. Daughter in law then went to local store and and ordered it and it was received 4 days later and was charged to her account. I was billed on my credit card on 11/27 and never received it. On 12/22 the originial order that we were told was cancelled mysteriously shows up at my front door (dirty) from Fed Ex.

I am now trying to reach Lovesac by phone at their Connecticut location as well as the local store location and cannot get through. After speaking with my credit card company they told me to try to return it to my local store.

Now I have the inconvenience of having to drive 10 miles and hope they can take care of this for me. This company is so unprofessional and I will never purchase another thing from them.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
